So a while ago I got House Of Leaves as a gift cause I love mystery/horror books, and today I'm taking the plunge. I heard about a dude who was gonna draw a blueprint of the house, and it inspired me to do the same, also gonna make a scale model at the end as well.

Don't wanna spoil anything, but I'm working on a jam thing, trying some weird stuff with the engine. Thought it would be fun to mix a few limited color palettes and see how they clash/blend.
Pc is melting, so time for Egghead update:
Tiny tv and tv stand! Along with a vcr which would be relevant in future episodes. No spoilers, but the show will get a little meta considering Mary is both a character and a person, as the show is bits of her own life.
I also made proper beds for the characters. Was previously using a tiny prop doll bed from a dollar store, which was way too small.
Look at this new one, 10 times better. Does it have any actual planned purpose other than a background object? No.
But it needed to be replaced anyway.
Also that first part about the pc isn't a bit, I think this is hard drive 4 in 2 years. I might have gotten cursed at some point.

Even more Egghead props! I know you don't see it here but I've spent the last 2 days working on bits and pieces for the first 2 episodes, including a truck capable of housing the puppets.
Also I know they are essentially pez despensers with no function, but puppet is an easier title.
Anyway minature products! They'll look good for background shots/the shop scenes and might not be entirely time period accurate, but its close enough.
I gotta post about Egghead more.

Good news for the Punch Only OSRS account, finally got the gear and prep done for Barrows. Currently only managing 2 brothers per trip, so odds aren't gonna be great, but its progress.
Still playing OSRS on the Punch Only account, decided to do the Haunted Mine quest. That quest has aged like milk in the backseat of someone's car during the nuclear apocalypse.

Punch Only Fire Cape is done in Leagues 5!
It took an hour and half, countless sharks and potion, but I punched that big dumb lizard and got my cape (phone tried to auto correct that to vape, no idea why)

Nobody tells you of the sudden stress you get when you realize that it's a practical effect and you only have the budget for one take. It's either gonna work or it's not.
Regardless, filming has to happen. Even if it fails, the show must go on.

Finally got a workshop set up! And by workshop I mean a shed someone was nice enough to let me use!
I'm hype though, it means I can start filming Egghead and also have a space to film review TikToks again.
All it needs now is a few curtains for the windows and a welcome mat for the dirt.
Mini modular house, half finished. All the house are a neutral tone anyway so a modular system means all houses can be made of the same base parts. Currently I have to finish some extra walls for the church and local shop.
The only flaw with this system is the roof trims. Might have to manually weather to give more of a sloped appearance, cause it's already a bit wobbly even with the support scaffolding.
Also got the church bell trimmed finally! Still gotta build a mini church tower, but it'll sit on the scaffolding so it's fine.
