I really love DmC reboot, it’s problems were a weak main character, because they were scared to make him as edgy as possible(thanks to complaining fans, refusing to acknowledge that this is a complete reboot), flat characters, simple plot(which isn’t necessarily a bad thing)

and easy bosses(which is reduced when you play on hard mode), but the locations, the style and music, they were just awesome!

But now I don’t get why people are happy about the “good old” DMC

Like

I see the problem of Nero’s character design is the same - I don’t see his personality as much as I see in Dante’s , to me, he appears as much as DmC Dante and that’s not fixing the problem

And yea, removing his Devil Bringer is a huuuge mistake

Robotic hand is such an overused trope in media right now(Metal Gear, Deadpool, Marvel)

As I said, they were too scared to throw off the reboot

But I don’t feel like they took its advantages

Remember, the epic come back of the old characters doesn’t make the game good and vice versa

So they’re just looking for easy money

The gameplay won’t be full of color-coded enemies, easy SSS gauges, cringy, edgy dialogue such as “FUCK YOU”. And it won’t run at 30FPS.
