Unfortunately when I was posting selfies all the time back in the day, I was super unwell, insecure and using that as a form of validation.
I’m happy and healthy now and getting that validation from my long term partner (one I’m pretty sure the same person who sent this message tried to convince me wasn’t worth my time many years ago), so it’s not something I really feel the need to do anymore, especially not on Tumblr as I barely use it. I feel more comfortable sharing my personal moments and photos with people I know personally these days.
So, as much as I appreciate the kind words and the compliment, you probably won’t see another selfie from me on here 😘
