she worked when she was shipped. vacuum tubes are delicate and so are the sockets, and the poor thing was jostled around so bad that the tube was popped out by the time it arrived. just heard back from the seller that they had her electrically restored and cleaned up, which is a big relief as i should be able to just, plug 'n play once i can get the tube replaced. it's a 47, very common thankfully. i'm also thankful she's been restored because i was not looking forward to taking the chassis out and trying to replace paper capacitors myself 😭 oghh poor girl
