Hi
Hello, new to the whole tumblr thing, but whats up? I am a huge fan of REPO!
// Hi there, this is a secondary blog for GraveRobber, my main one being gravesmarket I used to use this for a slightly different take on the character and to write drabbles, but it's been inactive for a while. Welcome to the Repo fandom and check out my other blog and the RP'ers I write with for more Repo related stuff.Â

So why care for these petty obsessions? Your designer heart still beats with common blood.

Things you see in a graveyard ~ theunknowndaughter + thenecromerchant
Jas had only turned back to face him briefly before she realized her face must have still read like a book. His eyes on her made her feel even worse, not that it was intentional but she was embarrassed and she hated looking any weaker than she already did. She was used to being able to live on her own mostly and be self-dependent. Here, she was lost and had to rely on the kindness of the man she knew nothing about, had to place trust in and was being kind enough to offer her a place to spend the night.
He was right, she needed sleep and she was praying it would come. After a moment of scattered thoughts, she looked at him. âYea, I am pretty tired.â she paused, not wanting to seem nosy but her curiosity always took over. âHarvest?â She smiled slightly when he assured her safety, even though he seemed gruff he had been nothing but kind to her and she was thankful.
She giggled at the thought of him waking her up. What possible reason could he have? âUh, my nameâs Jasinna. Or Jas. My mom calls me that.â She had never told anybody about her nickname and she was surprised when the words escaped her lips. âWhat⌠whatâs your name?â She turned to head into the bedroom, âI umm⌠thanks for helping me. You have a beautiful soul.â She turned and walked into the room. âGood night sir.â
He was tired now and he knew he sounded a little grouchy, but it was nothing personal. GraveRobber was used to being alone most of the time he wasnât selling, and he was not used to having to consider anyone else. He tended to sleep lightly, always on the alert and heâd thought it a good idea to know her name in case they had to clear out of there in a hurry.Â
â Jasinna.. kinda unusual, but itâs pretty.. I guess Iâll call you Jas though, if you donât mind that is ? As to mine.. well now, thatâs a thing Iâll take to the grave, but you can call me GraveRobber.. uh, I guess Graves for short... and donât mention it...â he almost spluttered when she called him a âbeautiful soulâ
â Hmmph.. dunno that I even have a soul.. or not one worth shit, but I guess Iâll take that as a compliment. Night then.. Jas.â
After she closed the door he shook his head and snorted at the idea of his âlovelyâ soul all haloed up, knocking at the pearly gates.. nope, still canât see it. He lay down, threw his coat over himself for warmth, and was in minutes fast asleep, a slight smile still on his face.Â
The night passed without event, but as dawn rose, and an errant shaft of light flickered through the blinds and across his face, Graves started awake, groaned and sat up shivering. It was just a bad memory, but it got to him every time.. the memory of light across his eyes and then registering pain...holy fuck the pain... then the needle jabbed in his arm and the cool numbing bliss spreading.Â
He shivered again. Damn... still ? Then he remembered the girl. Did he wake her up?Â
Re-blog if you are a Repo! the Genetic Opera RP Blog
Iâve been trying to figure the best way to keep my directory up to date and this is what Iâve come up with. Iâve created a page for this HERE and I will update it weekly.

Like I Care
The cops were headed back to their pigpenâbig surprise there. Her breathing evened out, staggering out of the danger zone as she watched as one punk-ass druggie after another was dragged out of the mouth of the alley and in to the paddy wagon, remorseful on a very superficial level for her âfriend". She was probably out of the gang for this little stunt; oh well. Good riddance, fuckers didnât know what a sweet deal they had going, anyway.Â
âWell now, what a surpriseâŚ" Kenz whirled around to face the owner of the hot breath on her ear, the heavy strands of acid-tripped rainbow falling on her shoulder which she flicked off with a look of mild disgust. She had been about ready to knock him between the eyesâshould have, in retrospect, the guy was a smug asshole with very little going for him in the momentâbut the fist and the adrenaline-addled maneuver died out fast. She didnât need more fighting tonight, or more running. It would only lead to bad things for her. When you were as tiny and frankly unimposing as she was,you had to learn to pick your battles more wisely than most. She could skin him alive with her sharp tongue, boil his ego in scathing sarcasm, but there was no point in it tonight.
He had watched her run. She already looked like a coward. She crossed her arms, tracking him with pale eyes as he came around to face her. The words were of a tune she knew by heart, one she was usually singing when some jackass newbie thought they were tough enough to take her advice and toss it. She rolled her eyes and looked away in a huff as he spun on about pride and idiocy until the monologue took a sudden turn for the interesting: "âŚcan I buy you a drink? Looks like you might be in need of one.â
"Just one, stud?" she asked, looking back at him with a tight and meaningless smile. âI could always use a drinkâbut donât think youâre getting any more than that outta me, or youâre gonna be awfully disappointed." She didnât need this guy hitting on her or trying to roofie her, but there was one thing her father had gotten right, it was his schooldays advise to the tiny and weak little K, all alone in a new school where nobody wanted her. "Find the biggest, scariest kid on the playground and make âem your best friend. No oneâll mess with yaâ then." In the underworld, they didnât get much bigger or scarier than this chumpâhe cast a shadow ten feet long and six weeks deep. And here she was, flirting with danger, blowing him off, then giving him some tight-lipped half come-on.
She moved to scan the little hole-in-the-wall idly before looking back over her shoulder at him. âWhich oneâs yours?" Left back booth near the kitchen door. The place wasnât new to her, and her seat of choice was painfully empty. There was the âreserved" table near the exit, sure, but she had chosen the nearest place where she could make absolute sense; in a momentâs notice she could be through the door and in an apron, putting a cap on and âjust starting her shift" when the cops came a-knocking. Easier on her lungs than running.
GraveRobber had half expected her to lash out and maybe slap him, but though he saw her pale eyes flare momentarily, she seemed to think the better of it.Â
â Just one stud ?â
He quirked an eybrow at that and tilting his head as if appraising her, a slight frown creasing his forehead. His grin widened a tad further. â Hmm.. letâs see how you do with one, and weâll take it from there okay? Donât want to have to be haulinâ your ass home from here now do I ? â Â
When she qualified her acceptance with a warning he held up a hand as if to say â not me sugarâ
â Hey.. now hold on there girly... gettinâ a mite ahead of ourselves arenât we? Donât worry I ainât gonna hit on you. Just.. passinâ the time, as you might say and you donât seem to have anythinâ better to do by the looks of it, so here we are, both at a lose end. Might as well enjoy the downtime is what I propose.. nothinâ more.â
He turned his head and followed her glance to the back of the room.
â Yeah I usually sit near the exit in case I have to make one fast.. Iâm kinda well-known here, canât exactly blend in, during a raid, this place just buys me a little time off the street is all. Shit goes down and itâs fight or flight for me, and those who up and run away, may live to fight another day... thatâs my philosophy. However if they was a-comin theyâd be here by now I reckon, so letâs get us that drink, and you can sit wherever you like.âÂ
GraveRobber followed Kenzi to her chosen table and hailed a waitress. â A beer, cold, leave it in the bottle sugar, if you please.. and whatâll you have ? Hell I donât even know your name now do I ?â He laughed at that and the waitress snickered.â Well.. whatever the lady wants.â Â
When the waitress had gone he leaned on an elbow and looked at her sharply, that slight smile never far from his lips, as he spoke. â So whatâs a girl like you doinâ hanginâ with those Z-heads.. âscuse me for sayinâ but you seem like a whole other type of trouble to me.â
He was curious about her, he had to admit. Anyone that showed a little individuality and resistance to the downward pull of this city was worth a little scrutiny to him, and he wondered why she'd suddenly changed her tune. She was easy on the eye too, even if her attitude was a little bristly. He had no intentions that way, heâd had his fill a while earlier at the hands of some impecunious Z-slut, but a pretty face was never a bad thing to look at over a beer.
