Hi there everyone!

I just wanted to make a bulk announcement for everyone looking to me for readings. I have been having a couple issues throughout having readings open again. With this being said I want to address a couple of things.

All my readings are free but that doesn’t mean my readings are worthless. I do readings for free because I believe everyone should be able to have access to these services. I take every reading seriously and do them in a professional manner. If you have feedback it is always more than welcome and I do have a tip jar in my bio (i.e. my Kofi).

If you are rude to me I will NOT do your reading. I have been being treated ridiculously! I am not a robot, I am a human and I demand to be treated that way.

Be patient. I have tons of readings in my messages and in my asks. I can’t always do submissions the same day they were submitted. Furthermore, if it doesn’t seem like I have done any readings that day chances are I have been doing them in message form instead of public asks. Also, again I am human which means I have more going on than just doing readings all day everyday. Bottom line be patient or I will push your request back longer.

If a specific type of reading or readings are closed, I will not be doing any of them, unless I feel it is an absolute necessity. I promise there is always a reason why I close some readings and not others, or readings all together. Usually this reason is because my cards or pendulum is not cooperating with me for specific readings (i.e. love readings, etc.) or life is just to busy to do readings.

Please if you want to submit a request, read over my guidelines first. If requests aren’t submitted properly, I will either delete your request, ask you to resubmit it with all the proper info, or attempt to do the reading. This is important because it helps me connect with you to get a more accurate reading and to provide the best readings I possibly can.

it happens to the best of us. 

no matter who you are, what stage of your practice you’re in or why you choose to read tarot, there will come a point in your life when you realise you haven’t been picking up your cards as much as you should have. 

it’s happened to me the past month - through various incidents, i’ve barely read for myself and only touched my cards to do paid readings. while this might have been the best option at the time for me, now i know i need to get back to the level of comfort and routine i was with my cards. so, here’s what i do when i fall out of love with my tarot routine!

if you need to, reconnect with your decks. if it’s been a while, i’d highly recommend having a sit down and a chat with them. kind of like a deck interview spread, you can ask them if anything’s changed, and if their style of reading will still be the same for you.

start off simple. try incorporating a daily draw into your routine, or even just a day in your week to read a little tarot for yourself. it can be as many or as few cards as you like, but don’t overcomplicate things! it might end up confusing you, which won’t make you want to keep reading.

remind yourself why you love tarot. what drew you to divination? why do you enjoy reading the cards? what do you get out of divination, and how do you give back in return? ask yourself these questions, and you might find that spark you’ve been looking for.

accept change. this is a tough one for me especially, but often the reason our routines grind to a halt is because they’re just not right for us. it’s okay to change your style of reading, and you should try your hardest not to compare your routines to other people’s! i’ve always said that divination is a highly personal practice, and your routine should fit you, rather than fitting other people’s expectations. figure out if there was something that stopped you from continuing, and don’t be afraid to cut that out of your routine in the future! 

do a challenge. this could be a daily challenge created by some of the wonderful diviners out there, where you pick a card each day for a set question/topic. or, it could be a challenge you set yourself! sometimes, structure can really help with regaining a routine, and having a scheme to follow for a while will definitely get you back into the swing of things.

branch out. once you’ve found that spark again, explore and investigate. perhaps your routine was… just too routine for you, and thats why it stopped. find some new and exciting aspect of divination and learn as much as you can! your journey of growth will never end. embrace that!

i hope you all find your love for divination again! also, these tips can help you recover your witchcraft routines, or even something mundane like school work! and, if a routine doesn’t work for you… you don’t even have to have one. just enjoy yourself!

Here’s why you should get your own rune set and how to use it. Yes, Minor Arcana can suffice just fine for very short term, practical predictions… But what about daily life in detail?  Runes are the most accurate and quickest way to gain control of your everyday life right from the smallest things. 

They can be drawn on their own or featured in Tarot readings and other divination forms: a single rune can clarify the meaning of a card more effectively than any other tool at your disposal. 

The ancient who conceived futhark alphabets have assigned simple and concrete meanings to each figure: that’s why they’re easy to understand. By combining them together, one could be able to create more advanced phrases.  Runes should be kept inside a dark/opaque bag or box that won’t allow anybody to see them from outside.  Runic readings should take place in the morning, as they will warn you about what to watch during that specific day.

1. Shake the sachet and draw one rune at a time blindly. 

2. Once you pick the runic symbol, read its straight-forward meaning and keep it in mind without trying to metaphorically interpret it. 

3. If you want, you can carry the rune with you in a safe pocket or in your bag; it helps you stay aware and the rune stone/coin itself protects you in some way.

4. Keep in mind the meaning of the rune religiously: it is warning you about specific objects, events or people.

E.G. (happened to me last month lol):

I wake up in a super good mood, have breakfast and pick one rune from my sachet. This rune is raidō. I decide that “ok whatever lets just go out, take the family car and drive to this event, the sun is shining today”. I get out of the parking lot, all was fine, no crashes, no crazy noises… but after 6 minutes of driving my car had a flat tire.  And I was shocked in the middle of nowhere waiting for help.

The rune was basically trying to tell me “hey yo, check your tires before you jump in the car ‘cause yesterday somebody slashed them or maybe a family member accidentally drove onto something pointy and hard”.

I call dad to seek some kind of comfort and he goes “yes, I was expecting that to happen…” and explains how something may have pierced the left tire on the rear (the one gone flat, I got chills) on the way back home from the countryside. 

In this case, I should’ve checked the state of the car beforehand and/or ask a family member if all was ok with the car. A simple thing, which I just overlooked despite a super specific raidō showing  up in my quick 1-rune morning reading.

That’s only a small example of how runes can prevent you from getting into trouble on a daily basis.
