Some clarification for those that aren't sure if their ghosts count:

If a character has been a ghost for a while in canon, they still count and can be submitted. So they don't need to be a ghost anymore, but still enough for that time to leave an impact on the fandom. If they were revived at some point, I don't mind

This poll will allow characters that might only be implied to be ghosts, but nobody is quite sure about it
