There’s this tree that I see everyday and I knock on its trunk 3 times everyday (I’ve been doing that for a little over 2 years), and when I have time I’ll talk to it, like about my days or what’s happening, etc. And the last few days I’ve been feeling not too hot, you know like nauseous, and all my joints hurting, a headache, extra tired, my throat was really sore. So I knocked on it this morning and asked for it to help me, not expecting anything, but immediately after, like 2 maybe 3 seconds after I said that, I hucked up a bunch of mucus and phlegm and immediately felt like 20x better. I don’t know if it was some super mega placebo or just the mystical powers of nature, but either way be nice to your local trees.
