This goddess turns 25 today. Honestly every time I want to post something about Allie it takes me way too long because I never know how to put into words what our sisterfriendship means to me, but I’ll try. 2018 has been a year of overcoming almost all of my biggest anxieties (which isn’t always fun as most of you know) but weirdly enough, I can say it’s been one of my favorites and I blame a lot of that on Allie. This year I was there to see you become more yourself then I’ve seen in the past 5 years of knowing you. It didn’t start off great or easy. I was right there with you when you felt so lost. I watched you break down completely and get so low you didn’t know who you were. Thankfully, in turn I had the honor of watching you almost effortlessly overcome all the self doubt and negativity you’d had then minute you let go and you met your person. You have been so inspiring it’s changed me a lot. Obviously you’re a strong lady and I know you could conquer the world all by yourself, but I also know that dusty is the best and brightest person to be there right along side you during the good and the bad and I’m so happy he’s in all of our lives now. Thanks for getting married in Yosemite so I was forced (in the BEST way) to get on a plane to witness your incredible wedding. Thank you for being an amazing sister and daughter to your family that have all so graciously accepted me and taken me in. Thank you for understanding my anxiety and constantly being concerned and making me feel less crazy. You are a beautiful human being inside and out and I am straight up honored to call you my sister and lucky to to have you as a friend. Happy birthday, you incredibly special person.
