honestly, she is looking good for both club and country, and i truly think both her physical and mental problems are behind her. if you watch her progress from january to present, you can see that build up over time back to form 🙏

but i think the club strung her along all season waiting for that return and now it's too little, too late. and i have zero faith in marc vivés in getting her renewal done. 😔

Do you know if her and Alexia have any history, positive or negative? I always thought Asllani was a bit like a Swedish Alexia equivalent (closest to, obvs the two can’t be compared)

But I don’t know of any interactions between them or them speaking about each other. I know she was at RM and their paths have crossed many times for country and maybe club, but I’m curious if the vibe is friendly or if there’s a vibe at all.

more of neutral history than anything else as colleagues in the same field. but they are not particularly close 🤷‍♀️

certainly there was nothing super memorable between them compared to the esther or athenea battles during el clàssic. at one point, madridistas were trying to hype up asllani like their version of alexia but it never materialised. 😂
