According to them they said it's their Carmen sandiego oc

And as a fan I loved watching it as a kid

That being said I personally think a character wouldn't be looking so outstandingly seeing that they're supposed to be thieves (this is a team red oc)

So I gave them more black (they said that it's supposed to be an opposite of shadowsan but they said i can do whatever I wanna do)

(the difference is the shirt and jacket colors are inverted)
