[He’s been more focused on work than ever since leaving, he hasn’t thought about his interests in sci fi in a while, especially with the recent cancellation of a Doctor Who special. So while he knows it’d be wrong to admit, he finds this situation greatly intriguing.]

[he pauses like a realization struck him, and then he lets out a laugh. It’s jarring seeing that from Logan.]

Have you not realized that after that fight I-

How did you do it? When you left the dark sides? I’m aware that’s a sensitive question but…

…When you left the dark sides?…His expression darkened, his body tensing as he stared at Logan,I mean.. didn't Logan see him adapt to the change too? I mean, he helped out… But the question just felt odd, not in the sense that it was a weird question… just.. odd… not like he was really paying attention to the rest of what he had said, his ears started ringing as soon as he heard the laugh

I was wondering how you did it. They were your friends, and you left, and you seem to be doing fine- if not better now.

I’m not condemning you for cutting people off, quite the opposite. I just wonder how you- the literal embodiment of anxiety- managed to the get the courage.

Virgils eyes bounced directly to Logans eyes as soon as it happened, a unreadable furrow in his brow

“Okay then, Force! Force..”

He takes a step back, his hands going up as he thinks, he would scan the room, trying to find out just what to pinpoint on.. UGH! Everything everywhere, so frustrating!

“Okay.. you’re being Forced! To do this(?) but you want to Force them to listen so.. may the Force be with you? I DONT KNOW! ”

He had an annoyed and wide eyed scowl on his face as he muttered to himself before sighing, arms dropping to land on his legs.

“AUGH JUST, CMON THINKTHINKTHINKTHINKTHINK!”

He began repeating to himself, hand going up to scratch his hair

“GOD DAMMIT! Okay.. LISTENING! Okay how is you going to join the Dark Sides going to help your case? Or just- Benefit you- I DONT KNOW! What good does this do to you?”

Listening, that’s a welcome change.

I feel like I get ignored a lot, I’m often shoved aside for more “fun” or “emotional” desires. I get cut off because I’m “boring”. But maybe some of that is my own fault, I don’t push it far. I leave when I’m not welcome.

I’m not being forced to do this, inspired would perhaps be a better word. Where you think changing teams I more think of changing methods, making myself a threat so that I can’t be ignored.

And I know you’ll bring up examples of times the dark sides have been ignored or lost anyway, or times I have been listened to. But isn’t it interesting how many of those times come down to me helping everyone rationalize their way out of something the dark sides caused? From that debate the two of us had back when things were simple to what Thomas deals with with Remus now, the times I take center stage tend to be when there’s a problem.

Well admin what are your thoughts? Oh.. well.. Logic is meant to help rationalize, its that little voice inside your head that makes you think, plan, and kinda keep atleast some balance in your life, yet— the though of Logan switching sides— well its a bit, mellow for me, Logan to me isn’t a Light side or a Dark side, he’s more of… a mix? A grey? Neutral? Sure many times your dream, adrenaline and procrastination may push logic out of the way, yet it always has a seat at the table, it cant really be threatening nor can it be assuring, its like.. a backbone? I dont know back to you Virgil
