took a long lunch break so I could finish reading Little Women -- predictably I wept uncontrollably for the last 75 pages, but I swear to God my actual favorite thing in the entire book is the fact that [SPOILER] and [SPOILER] are married off-screen in a courthouse wedding for what is essentially tax benefits, and then are immediately referring to each other as "husband" and "wife" whenever they open their mouths, because the exact same thing happened to me. What a book!
