one thing i have learned to accept is taking some time off and relaxing doesn’t mean you’re lazy. sitting on your bed, watching movies or reading a book isn’t lazy when you haven’t had time for yourself. constantly trying to please others, grind, make money and make something of yourself. it’s just enjoying some time off! it’s not being lazy! we aren’t robots. busy people shouldn’t feel guilty for not having more productive days. i always feel like i should be doing more, working on side projects and making the most of myself with the little free time i have. but working on myself also means taking a breather, a stress-free environment. sometimes it’s okay to slow down.
