I raise you instead Rose showing Shane Ghost for the first time. SPOILERS AHEAD!

The moment he sees shirtless Patrick swayze with a sledgehammer his mouth drops open. Watching him in waltz around in a suit has his tummy fluttering. Then during the pottery making scene he’s shifting about on the couch. Especially when he picks up Demi Moore and carries her to the couch. Then the mugging scene happens and he’s gasping dramatically. Rose is giddy Shane’s so invested.

But Shane slowly retreats back into the couch as the film goes on until at the very end where the light appears for patrick swayze’s character and he has to give his final goodbye and then he’s sobbing. Rose, teary eyed is all “I know it’s so sad.” But Shane is actually inconsolable and rose has no idea what to do or where this reaction came from until Ilya comes home to his husband loudly weeping and rose trying to comfort him and he’s like “WHAT THE FUCK DID YOU DO TO MY HUSBAND, LANDRY!?”
