A small annoyed sigh left the red lips of Camellia, her unnaturally green eyes narrowed as she walked out of the ear-shatteringly loud building and towards the forest. It had only been an hour or so since sheâs arrived and yet, she already missed Gotham; sweet sweet Gotham with her motherâs often quiet and precious botanical garden and their messy, garden and gym-filled home. To tell the truth, she knew from her momâs psychology lessons that she could be considered as home-sick. Not once in her life did she ever get so easily annoyed at a noise, especially since she was raised by her momâs shouting and loud singing. Yet here she was, walking away from those pesky loud teens and to a place she always felt safe, near the Green.
Removing those pesky rubber shoes that her mom forced her to wear, she threw it to the side of an empty path before running through the forest, large roots seemingly raising itself to meet her feetâs path and protect her from any dirt or injury. Camellia continued running for a few minutes, only stopping when the trees called out to her, warning her of an incoming person. Placing her back close to the strongest tree, she raised an arm which allowed vines to crawl out of her sleeves, before calling out, âI know youâre there. Show yourself.â
âOh hello there. Iâm one of the students, just checkin out the place. Iâm Liam Queen.â Â he said, extending his hand out.Â
