Diseases and infections can be prevented and treated with less invasive methods than prophylactic amputation. It is illogical to recommend circumcision for these purposes as any part of the body can succumb to disease or infection, yet removing it in its healthy state in infancy is never considered.

“Recovering Circumciser” Condemns Circumcision

This nine-part gallery displays some of the physical outcomes than can result from circumcision. While some of them are extreme cases, others (such as extreme scarring, skin bridges, and excessive skin removed) are disturbingly common. If you’ve ever considered circumcising your son, please be aware that these are the outcomes you are risking for him. Circumcision damage is not a rarity by any stretch.
