He is the God of second chances.
Come home.
Salam sis, how is it for a female from the west to live alone in the hawza of iran safe wise? Like do you share rooms in the hostel or find your own accomodations generally whats a day like in your life as a student or your schedule?
Ws wr wb
For a female to live in Qom, especially in the dorms I would say its 100 percent safe alhamdolillah. I have never felt so safe as I feel in Qom.. and as I feel in my dorms. I study in the largest hawza for females in Iran (Jamia al-Zahra) and the security is very high for single students and they take very good care of you here.
Someone that is single and wants to study in the hawza in Qom, are given accomodation from the hawza itself.. so you don’t need to worry about finding your place to live.
Have you met people in hawza that have completed a profession already (e.g., doctors, nurses, engineers)? Follow up, did any not already know Arabic or Farsi?
Salam alaykomExtremely sorry for my late answer.. tumblr is blocked in iran 😅Yes! There are quite a few actually.. we have doctors, engineers, lawyers, teachers etc who study in the hawza. And yes.. some know Arabic/Farsi before coming. Although I study in Qom so if anyone knows Arabic they need to still learn Farsi first.

Difficult paths lead to beautiful places.
The hardest lessons are learnt through loss.
“The saddest word in the whole wide world is the word almost. He was almost in love. She was almost good for him. He almost stopped her. She almost waited. He almost lived. They almost made it.”
— Nikita Gill
The happiest word in the whole wide world is also the word almost too. He almost never made it. She almost never found love. He almost missed his chance. They almost lost everything. They could have had it so much worse, but they didn’t.

How can I include giving dawah to others in my daily life ?
People watch you. You can talk about Islam’s infinite mercy but they’re going to notice whether you hold doors, whether you offer people your food, whether you are quick to anger, it’s not about the simple rules or what you see as Truth, but you living The Truth.
