some call it hell, others know it simply as the place where our burdens gather.

the ailments we carry are cruel things. twisted, relentless, and undeserved. yet they cling to us all the same.

though the world may flinch at our existence, you have a place at this fire, provided you are of rightful age.

here, we walk together through the mire, seeking the safest paths through the suffering that haunts us.

we offer companionship in the dark. hands extended, lanterns raised. so none must stumble alone through the night.

this community can offer support and understanding, but it can't replace professional care. if you're dealing with any mental or physical health issues, please reach out to trained professionals who can give you the help you deserve.

i hate that midnight and i live so far apart.

i’ll get to see them in october/november for just over a week. (yes we specifically chose to be together for Halloween 🖤🩸)

but that isn’t enough.

i have an ache in my heart. i just wish we could be normal.

i finally had it in me to open my heart to someone again, fully. and it had to be someone that lives 2000km away.

so many nights i just want to hold them and stroke their hair. kiss them on the forehead. be able to physically look them in the eyes and tell them that everything is going to be alright when they’re hurting.

midnight didn’t have the privilege of proper education, or even a childhood. they have been working since the age of 7. i want nothing more than to read them my favourite books as they fall asleep in my arms, or even just laying there next to me. i would start with the spiderwick chronicles. 🖤

really depressed. they picked the worst time to get me.
