i dont feel hungry, i just have a strong desire to eat. im gonna wait until i get home because my plan was to have ramen but i drank a 200 cal smoothie from work :(

tips for the first tag?

i literally hate myself. i hate myself for starting september off badly. i hate myself so much for it i could start crying, and knowing me, i’m not an easy crier. i hate myself for not being able to NOT have a cookie. i don’t even remember the taste, i didn’t even give myself time for the taste to register. one cookie lead to two and suddenly it lead to ice cream. was it worth it? was it worth gaining weight for? did i seriously need it? do i really want the cookie more than i want bmi 15? i’m tired of saying “tomorrow is a new day!” every. single. day. because yes, it’s a new day but to me it’s just another day to yet again fail. i hate myself so much.
