Jensen: “He’s covered in glitter! Who was wearing glitter and rubbing his face??

Jared: “So if anyone has [a nassau blue corvette, I will gladly road trip with you wherever you want to go!”

Jensen (immediately afterward on the first thing he would do if he ruled the world): “Destroy all the nassau corvettes. Especially the blue ones.”

Jared (after a fan asked him to take his shirt off and he said ‘no’): “Pants, maybe...”

Jensen (psychic communication): ‘NOT GONNA HAPPEN IN A TRILLION YEARS.’

Jensen: “Who are you kissing??”

So Wednesday was April Fool's Day, a day of jokes and pranks, a day where things may not be exactly as they appear to be. The best April Fool's prank that I ever came across was when I was at university back in Canada. The engineers dressed up stools (or other such items) in footwear, socks, pants, stockings, skirts etc. and then stuck these creations in bathroom stalls all around campus. At a quick glance, it looked like people were using those stalls and the line ups for bathrooms that day were enormous. I remember standing in line wondering wtf was going on!

Anyway, this week I decided to rec fics that use the idea of something fake: fake dating, fake relationships, fake appearances (more than just their usual pretenses that is). Sam and/or Dean choose to pretend to be something they're not and were not forced into it by some sort of magical whammy. Enjoy!
