secret place)-☆- camyra
Moving a little so she was bit more comfortable she finally opened her mouth and yawned. Ty shrugged her shoulders a little when he mentioned that he was jut at college. Yeah basically. Not much else for me to do. Work had been a bit slow for her and she had already done her paperwork. She was even tempted to get Iomhar to give her his paperwork so she had something to do. Most likely she would probably be the one to do it anyways since Iomhar always had trouble with his paperwork.
When he said that Zachary had gone to work, she had guessed that had happened. She snorted through her nose when he mentioned how he thought his dad wasn’t going to be happy with him. If you put them somewhere else where he would have left them then I don’t think he will be. It might have been wrong for her to suggest that but Ty didn’t want Cameron to get into trouble.
“You are tired,” He blinked as he watched the wolf yawn. Cameron wasn’t sure if he was happy that she was that exhausted. Or… was it bored? “Well maybe we can find something for you to do.” He hummed softly as he glanced around Adam’s small house. Well there wasn’t much in here apart from a lot of books. He knew that Adam was like their mother, he adored reading for some reason. But… he wasn’t entirely sure Tyra was a reading type of gal.
At her suggestion, he turned to look at her before quirking his brows up. “You’re right,” He nodded; he was surprised she had suggested that though. He knew that it could have gotten him into trouble – but at least he could barrier his mind from his father’s unlike his siblings. The joy of sharing his gifts she supposed. “Maybe the fruit bowl on the front table, he tends to keep them there at times.”
secret place)-☆- camyra
Her ears twitched a little when she left begin to scratch her behind the ear. Now that he was touching her, she didn’t even bother to shift into her human form. She could easily talk to him through his gift without having to open her mouth. I was sleeping on the back porch when I heard the sound of the television, Ty thought as she cracked open an eye to look up at him. I was waiting for you to come so it’s alright that you woke me up. Even though she enjoyed her sleep, she would have much rather spend her time with him than do it.
The young man gave a small laugh as he listened to her thoughts. Really, he replied through thought. He had to admit that if he had awoken her from her sleep then he was a little guilty. He didn’t mean to do that. Waiting for me? But I was just at college. That was all. He laughed internally as he looked up to the door.
“Dad went away to work so… I figured why not.” He smiled. He isn’t going to be too happy to know I stole the keys again though. He had a feeling that Zachary was going to scold him for stealing his brother’s house keys again. It had to be the third time that Cameron was sure that he was going to get caught having doing it.

secret place)-☆- camyra
Tyra’s ears perked up a little when she heard the sound of the TV turning on. She had decided to take a nap on the back of the guest house. It was still warm enough out for her to do that and her fur helped keep her warm, especially when she laid in he sun. However, she had been hoping to get a few more hours of sleep. It seemed her boyfriend had another plan or so she thought when she finally stood up and begin to stretch.
The two of them had been together for awhile but their relationship was still a secret. Most of the time when Adam was out they used the guest house to spend some time together. Once she was done stretching, Ty nudged the door open and walked back into the house. She was a bit too tired to even think of changing into her human form right then. Walking up to the couch, she climbed onto it and laid down with her head resting on Cameron’s leg as she let out of a small grunt.
Cameron could see the large wolf make her way over to him out of the corner of his eye. He didn’t do much when it came to jumping or turning to look at her. “Hey Wolfie,” He smiled as he waited until she was settled with her head on his leg before he moved his hand to scratch behind her ear. “I wasn’t bothering you I hope?”
The blond had his own room, yeah, but his mother was really strict and he didn’t even get his own television. He had been offered one once, but it was far too small – his computer worked as a good enough machine to watch dvds on though. “What have you been up to?” Cameron questioned as he glided his fingers through her fur.
secret place)-☆- camyra
When his father had work that day, Cameron found it rather easy to take the keys from his pocket that belonged to Adam’s guest house. The blond had bounded over there and opened the door before sliding in. He was pretty certain that no one had seen him go in and was sure that Tyra would know where to find him. They had been dating for a few months now, secretly, they still hadn’t exactly told his mother about them being an item.
Things had been going well too – he had just started college, which was something that he was a little fearful about, but he was also excited. It meant less time with Tyra, so the more time they spent together the better. Moving his hand to the remote control he pressed the television on using the button. His blue eyes skimmed the many programmes on until settling for a game show. Cameron probably had seen this episode before though.
"Hey Wolfie."
Ty tilted her head a little more towards him as he kissed her nose, a smile on her face as she did so. But when he commented on his originality with her nickname she huffed and didn’t care if she blew some air into his face. “And the only people that know about my wolf blood is your family, the W.M.F, and then a few of my friends. Other than that, everyone basically thinks I’m sort of punk. So, aye, to them that nickname would be original.” The only thing that came to her mind that could hint to the nickname would be the wolf tattoo on her back and since she barely exposed that part of her body she doubted that would be the case.
A laugh passed over her lips but it was soon cut off the moment that Cameron mentioned Junior going to live in the Victorian world. “What?” she asked, not covering up her surprise. “Your parents are actually going through with that?” She could easily remember Lorina and Zachary talking about but she thought it was more of a passive threat than anything else. But to hear otherwise was a bit shocking to her. “How’s Lottie taking it?” Probably not well, if Ty was to guess. From what she had seen of the twins they were able ever apart. Now for them to be forced apart, surely the female twin wasn’t taking it well.
Feeling a new weight on the cushion that she sat on Ty looked to her side as she watched Bandit hop onto the couch and then placed his head on her feet to sleep. Not minding the golden’s choice in a pillow, she reached over and scratched him behind the ear as she said, “Mhm, I can see that happening with Fi by the way she’s acting. But I hope you’re right because I can’t stand that series…” It sent a shudder down her spin whenever it was even mentioned. To live within a household that constantly watched the films, she didn’t know how much she could take.
“Uh, yes?” she said, not sure how to explain it. Sighing and thinking it best just to tell him the truth since he could just read her mind if he wanted to she said, “My race doesn’t exactly like them…My dad for one constantly refers to them as, “blood-sucking bastards,” and whenever there is one close to the village a fight usually ensues.” Shrugging her shoulders she then added, “Iomhar and I have dealt with a few due to work as well. I actually had to threaten a group of them by saying I’d kill Iomhar if they didn’t cooperate…” Pursing her lips she turned her head and gave him a pleading look. “Don’t tell your mom, ‘kay?” Iomhar had yet to drop how much he hated that situation and made sure she knew whenever it was needed, the last thing she wanted was for Lorina scolding her for her actions.
Leaning up enough to allow Cameron to move off the couch and get the DVD, Ty’s violet watched him as he looked for it as she absently continued to scratched Bandit’s ear.
What? Your parents are actually going through with that?
He quirked his brow as she nodded his head. “Eh, yeah.” Was all that the Tylar boy could think of replying with when it came to her question… what was he to say? His parents were rather set on their decision; or his mother was. “I think what he was doing finally got over the top for Mum, you could hear the arguments from outside…” He rolled his eyes recalling how Junior reacted to Lorina attempting to sort it out before this threat of hers was final. “Never know, might do him good.” He doubted it, knowing his brother, but it could have been the making of him.
“He could stay there for all I care.” A lie. A very big lie – but given how Junior and Cameron’s relationship went half the time, it wouldn’t have seemed too farfetched for Cameron to say such a thing and actually mean it to be true. “I’m joking, you know, it’s just a bit difficult with how he’s made life around here lately.” Their mother had been really overbearing, especially with Lottie and him, since Junior began over drinking and sleeping around. He was really going to feel sorry for Fiona when she got older.
How’s Lottie taking it? “Not letting anyone know… I suppose.” He spoke looking at his girlfriend. Normally anyone and everyone would know everything on Charlotte’s mind but the brunette had been hiding her feelings upon her twin brother being taken away from her. “I’m sure that she’ll be fine in the end but she sorta closed up the minute she hear the news.” Charlotte and Junior had been inseparable, especially when they were younger. It really wouldn’t have surprised Cameron if Charlotte was to runaway to the Victorian world with Junior.
With the way that Tyra reacted to his choosing her with a pillow, Bandit growled – but it wasn’t a threat. If anyone was to know that, it would have been Tyra, he just simply loved being scratched behind his ear. He pushed his head forward a little as he enjoyed the scratching and began to wag his tail a little back and forth.
“Fi’s… forceful… and unfortunately very cute.” He spoke as he took the DVD from the box and began to kneel beside the played to put the movie into the player. He closed the drive, stood up and turned to Tyra once again. “She can manage to get anyone to watch anything with her… so I’d be careful if I was you.” He chuckled as he made his way over and sat back between the dogs. “One mutter of juju and she had Dracula watching the third movie with her the other week there.” He was glad it wasn’t him, but he probably would have ended up giving in too. It was just a shame that Fiona couldn’t like another movie series… something that they all could have enjoyed watching together.
He rolled his head a little to get rid of the slight pain in the crook of his neck. He got comfortable on the sofa and took his glass of juice in hand and taking a gulp. “Hopefully when she’s a bit older Mum’ll let her watch that Bram Stoker’s Dracula movie, y’know the one with Gary Oldman and Winona Ryder?” He thought that would be a better example of vampires for his baby sister to watch. “She thinks she’s too young to watch it right now.” This was understandable, however, it was riddled with sex, but at least the book was good – and it was half the reason why he called Junior Dracula… he sort of looked like Gary Oldman too – as much as he was sure Junior would hit him if he made that comment out loud.
I actually had to threaten a group of them by saying I’d kill Iomhar if they didn’t cooperate. Don’t tell your mom, ‘kay? At Tyra’s confession, Cameron’s blue eyes watched her as if to say ‘are you serious’. “Heh, Ty, I knew he got on your nerves but I never knew you’d go that far.” But again he had heard the millions of threats that had gone on between Maggie and her partner at the W.M.F Mayumi – who was actually Iomhar’s girlfriend. “Y’know this might sound random – but I like how much of a small world it is… Maggie being May’s partner and May living with Iomhar.” Seeing as the earthbender hadn’t allowed Iomhar to pop the question yet… that girl could be so persuasive it was scary.
He took the dvd player remote in his hand and aimed it towards the direction of the player. He pressed the menu button and let the heinous amounts of adverts begin to play. He placed his glass of juice back upon the table and shifted once more to get comfortable before flashing Tyra a smile. “Do you want snacks, you know before the movie starts?” May as well make a proper little date out of this – it would be their first sort of date. With his school work and her work at the W.M.F goodness knows when they’d actually find the time to go out for a proper date.
Living with his mother was also going to prove a problem for both of them.

"Hey Wolfie."
Tilting her own head, Ty stared at her boyfriend curiously. She could understand what he meant. She might not have any siblings of her own but she had been around the Tylar siblings enough to understand how most siblings acted. If she was to go off on a limb, she would have to say that Junior actually knew what Cameron was talking. When they were little it seemed that Adam caused a similar reaction from Junior. Flashing a smile at Cameron she said, “Well, if Playboy does anything then I have no issue hurting him so you don’t need to get violent.”
Opening her mouth to reply to his comment about her nickname for him, Ty’s mouth shut when she realized what he complimented her. Blushing, she darted her eyes away from him as she allowed her white bang to cover her eye as she took another sip of her water. Her view on her scars might not have been the best but she did like them to some extent. It was just when people ended up gawking at them whenever her back was exposed that she didn’t like. It didn’t happen that much in her wolf form, something she was thankful for, but it did happen every now and then. Shaking those thought from her head she mumbled a thank you as her violet eyes returned to Cameron.
“Don’t worry,” Tyra said as she began to relax once again and flicked his nose playfully, “I can keep both of those promises. If I come up with a nickname for you then I want it to be unique. But…As a bit of a warning, my nickname might not be the best…” Well, if she was to use the nicknames that her parents gave another one as an influence. They had their own little petnames for another but the nicknames they used for one another made it seem they hated one another. “But I can definitely keep it from Junior.”
Feeling someone pet the top of his head Banner tilted his head up and licked Cameron’s wrist before the blond pulled his hand away. Moving closer to Cameron, Ty rested her head on his shoulder as she got comfortable. Listening to him explain about the family movie nights she couldn’t help but laugh. That sounded like her adopted family. “But not that surprised to hear that’s how the nights usually ended. It would have surprised me if Maggie managed to sit through a romance film.”
But a groan soon came out of her mouth the moment she heard what Fiona had been doing. Maggie had warned the demon about it but she had hoped that it was only a small phase. What Cameron made it sound like it wasn’t. “I know…Maggie told me about it. I just…I don’t understand how anyone can believe that vampires are like that. I mean, they are fairly attractive and they’re forbidden from drinking on human blood unless they go through a shit ton of paperwork…But that’s it. Nothing else in that book is true.” Realizing that she had basically rambled, Ty crossed her arms across her chest and looked at the far wall. She didn’t mean to do that it just simply happened.
The blond looked towards his girlfriend for a moment, he twitched his nose after she flicked it before giving a teasing smile, leaning forward and pecking her nose with his lips. I can keep both of those promises. If I come up with a nickname for you then I want it to be unique. But… as a bit of a warning, my nickname might not be the best… Cameron leaned his head back, expelling a chuckle. “Ty, I call you Wolfie – how in the name of anything is that original?” He teased, just to show that no matter what nickname that she came up with for him would be fine. As long as she liked using it and he knew it was hers only then he would welcome any nickname.
But I can definitely keep it from Junior. Cameron moved his arm around the back of the sofa, looking at her once more as he gave a smile. “Great, that way I don’t have to take his teasing every single hour of every single day – but with Mum carting him off to the Victorian world, I don’t have to worry about that so much anymore.” He wasn’t sure if Tyra had heard about what the Tylar family had decided to do with his older brother, but he would tell the demon if she inquired. It wasn’t like Cameron was surprised – Junior was being sent away for an obvious reason. “You know, the same world Mum comes from.”
He pressed his lips into her forehead the minute her head came in contact with his shoulder. Already he was enjoying this – and the dog that was making himself comfortable between them. He was beginning to get used to having Banner around; even if the little puppy was being a bit of a pain in the neck for his own dog Bandit. Bandit was around since Cameron was a child - he was always going around terrorising the other animals that his mother took in. And right then, thinking of Bandit, decided to come into the living room and plop down in front of the sofa. The golden retriever placed his head upon Tyra’s feet as he closed his dark beady eyes in hope for sleep.
But not that surprised to hear that’s how the nights usually ended. It would have surprised me if Maggie managed to sit through a romance film. “I know, but I think Mum kept hoping she’d turn into a girly girl like Josie and Lottie… she was lucky she got two girly girls – and that Fiona seems to be turning that way too.” Even though it didn’t seem to be for the good… the little blonde and her fascination for vampires and twilight seemed to be getting on everyone’s nerves but the parents… and that was mostly because after raising six other children Lorina and Zachary were good at ignoring when needing. Or not exactly ignoring but tolerating…
“I think she’ll grow out of it; I’m sure it’s just a phase… you know like me and Thomas the Tank Engine, I can assure you I no longer like him.” Cameron laughed, he was sure that it was just the lack of decent children’s programs now a days. There was nothing like there was when he was younger. Those shows were quality compared to what he’s been forced to watch when keeping his seven year old sister company. When Tyra began to go on about vampires he raised his eyebrow and looked at her slightly impressed. “You know a thing or two about vampires I’m guessing?” Why didn’t that surprise him? He gave a small grin. “I’m impressed, you certainly surprise me.” In a good way, of course.
He moved up from the seat, careful not to disturb Tyra or either dog. “You could teach Fiona a thing or two.” He explained, pushing his hands into his jean pockets as he looked around the living room. He was certain that Zachary had asked Adam to keep the die hard boxset downstairs so that the whole family had access to it; but now just where did he put it? Making his way over to the bookshelf filled with DVDs that everyone in the family would watch he moved his fingers until he came across what he was looking for. “A-ha.” He spoke triumphantly before pulling it into his hand. “Here we go.” He spoke, waving the DVD. “Just what we’re looking for.”
"Hey Wolfie."
Ty rolled her eyes when he finally gave her a response to her first question. Of course…Why did she think he would give her a different answer? She knew that love didn’t work like that and she was glad that she had the man of her dream’s love. She just didn’t like the idea of being spoiled. She didn’t like it when people went out of their way for her. To her, she thought that their efforts could be placed on someone more worthy. But for him, she would allow it. At least for a little while, then she would let him know when he was going too far.
Nodding her head she bit her lip for a moment as she thought for a few seconds. She trusted Lottie, she was sure that the girl wouldn’t tell anyone about their relationship. Ty stayed quiet as she listened to Cameron talk about his older brother. Keeping her arms around his neck, she once again began to gently play with the hairs at the nap of his neck. “I’m sure neither of them will tell anyone. As for your brother…” She paused for a moment before shrugging her shoulders. “I can’t say much about how your brother is. But I’m sure he has a reason for acting the way he does.” Hearing how he would even hurt his brother if he said anything about them. “I didn’t think you were the violent type.”
Once again Ty pursed her lips as Cam said his sister’s nickname for her. “Yep, that’s it…” She didn’t exactly mind it. Maggie was the only that called her that so it didn’t get on her nerves that much. But when Cameron stated that she was a wolf instead of a dog, it brought a wide smile to her face. She figured that he would know the difference but to hear him actually say it meant so much more to her. The moment his fingers entered her hair she tilted her head into his touch as she enjoyed the feeling of his fingers sliding through it. “Oh please don’t mention that,” Ty said with a groan. “I don’t like that since it would actually work…Even though the mark on my face looks more like a scar than a spot.” But thought of scars wasn’t something she wanted right then so she pushed the thought aside. ”I prefer Fang or Wolfie.” How could not like the nickname he had for her?
“Too obvious,” Ty replied teasingly. No, she wanted her nickname for him to be unique. One that only she would use. She was fine with using the nickname that his whole family used but she still wanted her own just for him. “For now I’ll stick with Cam. But when I do think of something for you then I’ll let you know.” Leaning up she pecked him on the lips.
Seeing the wide grin that appeared on his face made give him her own large smile. Grabbing her glass, she held onto his hands as she followed him back into the living room. Hearing the sound of claws against the floor, she glanced down to see Banner hurrying after them as fast as his short legs could carry him. Reaching the living room she sat down couch as she shrugged her shoulders casually. “Die Hard sounds fine to me.” Reaching down she picked Banner up and put him on the couch where he circled around a few times before settling down next to her. She hoped that having the puppy up on the couch would show that there wasn’t anything going on between her and Cam. “But I didn’t Adam was into those sort of movies. I always thought that he enjoyed documentaries more.”
“Oh no, I’m not the violent type.” Cameron spoke, tilting his head and rubbing his blond hair with his knuckles as he glanced over his new girlfriend. “It’s just… when Dracula’s around he tends to bring out weird feelings in me… like I tend to want to prove myself, it might sound stupid but he knows how to push my buttons and so I’ve made it my job to know how to push his.” The blond sighed and watched Tyra once more, thankful for one that she knew Junior just as well as he did; so he should understand how the older Tylar was with his brother.
The way that she reacted when he mentioned how Maggie might start calling her spot made the blond furrow his brow, which was a bad thing to say; he guessed. Especially with how Tyra began to say how it would work because the spot on her face was more like a scar. “But it’s still beautiful regardless.” The blond knew that Tyra didn’t like to talk about her scars – or think about them – but he wanted her to know he found her beautiful even with her scars. He didn’t linger on the conversation, he let it pass and flitter away – the more comfortable Tyra was in the moment the better.
I prefer Fang or Wolfie. The mere thought of Tyra preferring the nickname that he had come up for his love made her Cameron grin. “Really?” He voiced, although she had already answered by what she had said. He was rather surprised that she hadn’t come up with something to call him nickname wise but he was sure that she wold eventually. “Just as long as you don’t start calling me Lovely or something, that’s what my Dad calls my Mum.” He was sure Tyra would know that better than anyone. It was strange to actually say but his girlfriend knew his parents longer than he had! Then there was the fact they also used the term Darling – that was something Cameron didn’t mind so much.
Returning the peck that Tyra gave to his lips, Cameron wrapped an arm loosely around her waist; “Good, just you remember to let me know – so I can safe guard it from Dracula.” Even the smallest thought that Junior would use his nickname to tease him didn’t give Cameron peace of mind. He knew his brother better than Junior even thought that he did. If Junior was to learn that Tyra had her own nickname for Cameron he would use it to his advantage. Cameron moved his arm around her waist before pressing his nose into the top of her head before kissing her forehead. “Let’s go through.” He whispered, nudging her gently to the living room, knowing she was holding a glass of liquid in her hand.
He held her hands and led her through, sitting down on the sofa as she joined him. He glanced at Banner who had decied to join them – something he wasn’t opposed to, and also didn’t surprise him! The corgie sure liked to follow Tyra around and was like a son to her, so he could understand it… actually if anyone was to understand being clingy to Mummy it would be him. Everyone knew how clingy Cameron used to be with Lorina when he was younger. All the teasing he had received from Adam and Junior growing up because of it showed that to him. When she said that Die Hard was fine by him, he grinned happily. “Good, you know it’s about the only thing that me and my brothers can sit down and watch together?”
Well, actually, their father could too.
“Ah someone’s getting comfy.” He laughed as he moved his head on the top of the puppy’s head and clapped him softly before looking over at the television and scanning around the area for where the boxset that Adam had bought could have gone. But I didn’t’ think Adam was into those sort of movies. I always thought that he enjoyed documentaries more. “To be honest I think it’s more because Dad would watch it with us when we were younger.” He explained, “Mum and the girls would go and watch the Princess Bride together and Dad always thought none of us would enjoy it – so we’d watch something else, we’d watch the Die Hard movies… Adam would always end up going to join Dad in watching the Princess Bride – Maggie would sneak through and watch Die Hard with us.”
He chuckled at the memories; “Adam always ended up coming through and watching the movie with us in the end. I think it’s more because Mum starts swooning at the screen because the guy in the movie reminds her of Dad.” Although he had seen the movie too – he would agree, there was something about that actor that resembled their father. “Mum isn’t that big a fan of Die Hard, she, Josie, Lottie and Fiona would find something else to watch and the guys – and I’m including Maggie when I say that – would have a marathon of Die Hard… lately.” He cringed. “I think Fiona’s trying to get everyone to watch Twilight with her.”
