Last night instead of going to bed when I was supposed to, I organized my clothes by warm/cold weather, made my fav clothes more accessible and grouped together, and got rid of a bunch of clothes I didn't want anymore.

I'm going to donate them in a bit here. Yay more space!

i wanna wake up 20lbs lighter pls

I've been very good at cutting back on the lāx̌ tea, but man I have to use it sometimes because things are just not moving

Their plain bagels are meh but the everything is very good 17g protein 20g fiber

It's still so strange being back after a year of dormancy. Before, I just thought all these other voices were my thoughts. I always internally talked to myself in front of other people and even vocally when I was alone. I thought it was just me talking to myself to figure something out or get my thoughts straight.

But now these other parts of me that were posting on here, are talking to me directly and I can tell the difference between my thoughts and their's now.

It truly is bizarre to get used to. But it has made communication easier and I'm actually getting useful communication and reminders. A good example is yesterday I was feeling a little weak and I hear, "You need an electrolyte drink." And I'm kinda ??? Because I didn't ever drink electrolyte drinks bc of bad advice from a Dr. But sure enough, I have electrolyte drinks in the fridge and packets in the cupboards. And I did feel a lot better after. But lots of other daily reminders.

One thing that has made my life so so so much better since coming back, I don't hear the same thing repeated over and over endlessly until I do it. Like I would hear something like, "Start making supper" or "Get salad dressing" until I actually did it. So my head was super loud, and now it's not so loud.

Shove these god damned emotions back where they came from omg
