Being inept when it comes to crocheting and knitting is something I’m kinda bitter about, but my stepmom knows how to crochet, so at the very least I can ask if she’ll crochet something for my as a birthday gift or whatnot

I’m on my own when it comes to knitting though and that’s unfortunate because I love this giant roly-poly doll and, of course, all I can find is the pattern. It’s an amazing project idea, so if you like both knitting and bugs it seems like it would be fun

Every year for the last six years a crochet ninja called The Geeky Hooker (previously featured here) has been creating batches of kawaii crocheted amigurumi superheroes and hiding them around San Diego Comic-Con for attendees to find. And she’s up to her same awesome tricks this year too.

“Here’s who I’m bringing with me [this] week…if you find them they’re yours to keep! I’ll be posting clues on my twitter, so follow me and enjoy the hunt!”

Our favorite of this year’s series lot is Yondu from Guardians of the Galaxy cosplaying as Mary Poppins. He’s Yondu Poppins!
