The first step to boosting it, is by understanding its causes. The most important thing to remember about low self-confidence is that it's not your fault! ๐There are many different factors come in play and we are all different. Here are 5 things that can affect our self-confidence: 1. Our life experiences: Trauma, the way we were raised, bullying, harassment etc. 2. Our limiting beliefs: The way we see ourselves based on our thoughts, mindset. 3. Societal conditioning: The world around us, our environment, the media 4. Gender, race, culture, sexual orientation: Stereotypes, discrimination 5. Our genes and temperament: Our personality Once we know the ๐๐๐, we can then work on the ๐๐๐! ๐The first step to being Confident is knowing yourself, who you are! It all starts with YOU!
