Favorite HC: All of Allen’s friends have had a crush on him at some point. It’s a rite of passage.

They call it the “Allen Walker affect”. It’s persistent and it never really goes away. Link only gets somewhat accepted by Lavi and Lenalee (Kanda never really did) when they withnessed him mooning after Allen. 

Them: “So… Allen Walker, huh?”

Link: “Wh-what on earth are you-”

Them: *give Link The Look*

Link: “…” *sigh* “Yes. Allen Walker.”

Them: Yeah, you’re one of us now.

And even their enemies tend to be taken in. It’s a powerful phenomena that could be utilized if Allen could fricking accept that people love him and he DESERVES to be loved ┻━┻ ︵ヽ(`Д´)ﾉ︵ ┻━┻

allen has all the things that slytherin value in a person, its smart and sharp with his mind, u know how he cheat and that is a good quality for a slytherin, not in a bad way.he follow what he think is right and forget to others when it comes to win the game, he really dont care much about other things if he can pay the pills(like that time when he took his clothes off for a photoshoot)  be in slytherin doesn’t mind allen can eat a lot and love his friends, actually we have a different slytherin view now, they can be loyals and good friends too, their love for people they deserve love can be long and brave like a gryffindor or hufflepuff.(plus neah)

At first I thought it had to be a trick of light drawn by Hoshino, but as I moved on I saw it on every other panel of his crying face:

It’s always because of the curse that Allen cries blood. And that curse came from Mana. Allen is also seen talking to the curse as if it was Mana in Krory’s arc. Could it be that that curse indeed linked them? Or is it that Mana feels part of the consequences of the curse as well because Neah is in Allen’s body and Neah and Mana are the same person? 

In this panal they seem connected through their left eyes. They both turn to slits and it seems Mana can see through Allen’s left eye that he’s being attacked by apo???

“Hoshino-sensei also tends to mirror eyes, specifically Allen, Mana and Neah’s.  Allen’s right eye would then relate to Neah, his left to Mana.” my stupid ass forgot to mention the right-eye-Neah thing specifically and I don’t remember, but does anyone else know what I was talking about?

Hoshino is all about symbolism but I know shit about Abrahamic texts so I have no clue if that means anything there. The only eye I can think of is Horus’ all-seeing eye

His right eye was associated with the sun god, Ra. The eye symbol represents the marking around the eye of the falcon, including the “teardrop” marking sometimes found below the eye. The mirror image, or left eye, sometimes represented the moon and the god Djehuti (Thoth).

In one myth, when Set and Horus were fighting for the throne after Osiris’s death, Set gouged out Horus’s left eye. The majority of the eye was restored by either Hathor or Thoth (with the last portion possibly being supplied magically). When Horus’s eye was recovered, he offered it to his father, Osiris, in hopes of restoring his life. Hence, the eye of Horus was often used to symbolise sacrifice, healing, restoration, and protection.

That was straight from wikipedia. I don’t know how much this is related to DGM but I like the mention of the tear-drop, idk the fact that it’s all-seeing, and the fact that both his eyes relate to someone. In this it’s uncle Set that does the gauging and Horus who devotes it to cool dead dad Osiris in order to restore his life. HMMM. 

Google also offered me this, which honestly sounds more Hoshino-like in where it comes from. (Yeah I don’t normally associate Hoshino and Egyptian mythology either)

Swedenborg wrote that he was once allowed to experience what the dying process is like, so that he could describe it for us. In the first stage after dying, a person is in the presence of the highest angels, who protect people as they make the transition. While in their presence, one cannot yet see anything, but rather feels the angels’ heavenly presence. In a second stage, a different level of angels come, and Swedenborg described that they seemed to roll a covering off of his left eye, and then he could begin to see his spiritual-world surroundings.

The right eye corresponds to understanding from the will and the left eye corresponds to understanding from the intellect. So, having a layer rolled off of the left eye represents having someone’s intellect enlightened, so they can begin to “see” (understand things) in ways that their intellect can grasp.

- They’re super thorough. They contain everything from height and weight to average calorie intake and from personal/work history and personality profiles to relationships and habits. They have everything.

- Among ‘everything’ is a detailed drawing of the exorcist, complete with Innocence, both active and inactive if they’re a parasite user. This gets redone once a year, and they never get thrown away; by flipping through her file, you can watch Lenalee grow from a little girl into the teenager she is now.

- Nothing is redacted, but access to these files is highly restricted. (Komui tries to respect their privacy.)

- The finders have the job of collecting a lot of the data (such as calorie count and personal habits.) It’s not a fun job.

- Allen’s personal history section is very short and has the endnote ‘You can tell he was raised by Cross Marian because he never tells anyone anything.’

- Cross’ personal history section is completely blank before he joined the Order as a scientist, until finally the note ‘Associated with the Fourteenth’ is added.

- Aside from mission reports, the only paperwork the exorcists are given is the original questionnaire to start the folder off. This is a large portion of the paperwork Link made Allen fill out when he first started shadowing him; Allen was avoiding it.

- Lenalee and Kanda’s folders are the most detailed out of anybody’s; they are the only ones where no details are missing.

- Miranda’s lists every single job she was ever fired from.

- Reading the medical histories would make anyone sick.

This would make sense! However, after a bit of research, apparently a human brain has reached 95% of its adult size by age six, so by age ten the brain may be a little crowded but mostly fine.
