Of course I had to show the best part:

The episode is 2x15 "Tall Tales" (German: "Tricks und Legenden"), the one with the trickster and the alien dancing blues, which is hilarious, but I cannot believe I just sat through the entire horrible German dub for this.

The line is said circa halfway through the episode. Commenting on how Sam tried to comfort a witness, Dean says this:

Now, the subtitles are very different from what is actually said throughout the entire episode. In this particular case, the subtitles read "Du sagst immer solche seichten Sachen", which roughly translates to "You always say soft stuff like that", but what Dean's German voice actually says is "Du sagst doch immer so schwuchteligen Scheiß" ("You always say f*g shit like that").

So yes, he actually does say that.

Since I'm not a native speaker, I was not familiar with the word "pansy" and went to look it up in the Oxford dictionary for y'all:

So, the German translation actually is not that far off from what Jensen says in the original. Again, I'm not a native speaker, so I don't know how offensive "pansy" really is compared to the f-slur, but what I can tell you as a native German speaker is that "Schwuchtel" is literally THE most offensive slur you can call a gay man in German, and that they really went and put it on Television like that.

Though, what I would like to point out because it absolutely sent me, as you can see in the first picture I added, there is a warning added by prime video:

"Rated age 16 for drug consume, slurs, sexuality and violence"

So, yes, Dean says the f-slur, but they were thoughtful enough to add a warning for it! Yay!

Idk I get the impression that this might potentially be highly regional, and also not something that's particularly common knowledge.

if you claim ally ship to the trans community then you can’t ignore the bad things that happen to especially trans woc. and if you’re a white trans person you can’t just talk about other white trans people. it just shows that you only care about trans people if they are white and that shouldn’t be the case.
