Thankfully, Miles was able to shake most of his nerves off before heading over to oversee the last few preparations before his gallery would open that evening. Everything went off without so much as a hitch. He’d been expecting at least one disaster that night, but there was none. “Can you believe it?  They love your work.  Some of them are brought to tears.  I’m so proud of you, babe.”

Kissing his fiance’s nose, he smiled.

“Hmm….you’re very welcome.”  Trip scooped him up and carried him to the bathroom.  The tub was hot and bubbly when they go there, a flick of Trip’s power having made it happen.  

He settled them in the tub, holding the man in his arms.

Relaxing against Trips body, he sighed as hot water started easing his aching body.

“You would want to go on dates with me?”

Torrin smiled brightly before rubbing at the part of the symbiote which was wrapped around his neck.  It wriggled at his touch.

“Pepper has been looking for an assistant.  That would keep you constantly busy though.  It might take over your life.”

That wouldn’t be good.  It was a job for someone who was single.  Not someone who was in a relationship.

Tony saw how Nat and Bucky had been with the littly boy, and he settled at the side enoying his slice of cake with Venom, making sure Venom had his own slice. 

“You two seem to be enjoying that~” He spoke softly with a sweet smile watching James playing with Bucky and making a mess of himself.

“Bucky and I are thinking about adopting.  I mean, we don’t have to be married for it.  We could adopt or find a surrogate.  He’s so good with James though.  I think he’ll be a good father.”

Venom nodded.

“He is very good with James.  But you must think on what the child might be if you go with a surrogate and his essence.  Will the serum carry over?”

Nat nodded at Venom.

Tony cheered when James blew the candle out and he laughed softly before he saw him devouring the cake with his hands. He hummed and looked to Pepper. “I think someone might eat the whole thing himself.” He replied. “James, are you going to eat ti all yourself? No one else get a chance?”

“Oh.”  the boys eyes grew wide.  He looked up to his aunt pepper to cut the cake, and she chuckled.  Soon everyone had a slice, and James was busy with his long tongue cleaning his hands.

James loved to share, in truth.  Had he known the cake was for everyone, he wouldn’t have used his hands.

Bucky shared half of his slice with the boy, feeding it to him and smiling.

“Hmm…we could do a bath instead if you want,” he said with a shrug.

Edwin blushed.

“A bath may be the best.  You may have to carry me though.  I feel like that time I got hit by a subway train.”

stiles shrugs and glances over at tony. “ first thing to come to mind. me and scott have talked about having kids, though.”

“Well you should fully expect me to spoil that child utterly and completely.  I can afford it.  And Stiles, if you need financial help.  Let me know.  Especially when you have a child.”

He squeezed the other’s shoulder.
