flynn: do you ever get the feeling that somewhere in the world, someone is doing something that would make you vomit?

The last thing Flynn had done was tell Tanner he was done. It had been the biggest regret of his life when he’d faded away, and now that he was seemingly alive again and finding his bearings.. Tanner and his daughters were the first things on his mind. He had to get back to him, to apologize. To tell him he didn’t want to be with anyone else, ever, for the rest of their lives. 

Trying to navigate home was difficult, the loft that they shared with Roderick, Tana, Ayla, Auden and Reid seeming impossibly far. He was pumped on adrenaline but also exhausted. The street lights seemed extra bright, the sounds of the town extra amplified in his ears. He just needed to be back in the arms of the ones he loved. 

The spare key to the loft was fairly easy to find, he only fumbled for a few seconds before getting inside. He could hear the sound of different snoring tones upstairs, but he locked on to the twins. They were okay. They were safe. But where was.. 

Fighting with Tanner was a giant fucking headache. Everytime the topic of Alexa came up they bickered and well… Flynn couldn’t help it. She made him insecure in his relationship for probably no good reason. It was just.. His thing. His own issues with himself. Logically, he’d known that. But as he’d screamed “FUCK YOU, I’M DONE!”, slammed the door with the sound of their children crying in the background, logic wasn’t playing any sort of part.

He’d gone for a walk to clear his head, the woods oddly peaceful despite the weather. He needed to apologize when he got back… God, he was an idiot. Tanner was the love of his life. Sometimes.. He just couldn’t fathom that he wanted to be with him when so many other more attractive, kind people wanted him. Flynn was dark, scrawny, broken… Certainly not a catch.

An angry huff escaped him, the brunette kicking a rock out of frustration. His head was fucking throbbing.

He finally got to the end of the tree line, walking a few more steps over to sit on a bench. Damn, he felt sick to his stomach. He wiped at his nose, horror filling him when he saw silver on the back of his hand.

No. He. NO.

Looking up, the streetlights flickered and between the instances of darkness, he saw three large figures. “W-Who…” He only managed to get that out before the figures were suddenly right in front of him.

“More failures. His condition worsens.”

Today, I used the word ‘bastard’ in conversation on the phone with Saad and my dad overheard. He immediately went on a tirade about how he doesn’t appreciate that term because his dad hasn’t ever been in his life and blahblahblah anyway I was like, “Why should I respect your triggers or whatever when I tell you that you using slurs on my own brother and the love of my life triggers me and you still fucking do it.” Long story short, he hung up on Saad and I don’t have a fucking phone. No, he didn’t just take it. The idiot threw it on the ground like…okay you’re the one that’s going to be paying for it. Does anyone have a number for a hitman because like spells that could result in death are a little beyond my area of expertise as far as magik goes and I’m so fucking done.

He’s such a piece of shit already yet somehow, he continues to outdo himself on the daily.

Charity: oh geeze

Charity: no. that wasn't the question. the question was: why are you still fucking him?

Charity: i don't know oh my god but it's a mess and you better hope dad doesn't find out.

Charity: at least not yet.

Charity: yeah, i'd be pissed too. that's not okay.

Flynn: Because I love him. Shut up.

Flynn: Dad finding out.. Oh god... I hadn't even thought about that.

Charity: holy shit

Charity: what the fuck flynn?

Charity: listen. saad and i use these things...they're pretty great...called condoms...you can even get black ones.

Charity: holy shit.

Charity: oh that's fucking gross ughhhh why are you STILL FUCKING FIRECROTCH?

Charity: me right now i can't even.

Flynn: WE WERE SUPER FUCKING DRUNK, OKAY.

Flynn: Yes, Tanner and I are still together. Shut up.

Flynn: Like.. Just, what the fuck is my life right now.

Flynn: There's a possibility those babies Jane posted are mine and I've been panicking since I opened the app. I haven't even texted Tanner yet...

Flynn: More info than you need, but they could be his too.
