"You're welcome- uh... are you alright? Feeling dizzy at all?", he asks but she's already making light of her situation. If he had just escaped a fire, he might've had half the mind to do the same. He hadn't done that with Selene. Speaking of her... he takes a closer look at the dame-- though he looks away after she fondles herself. Sid coughs into his fist, clearing his throat as he moves that hand to rub at the nape of his neck.

"I'm Sid", he replies, but once again he is stunned.

Very briefly, just for a moment, he could've sworn he saw her eyes turn green. A shade that he was fondly familiar with. The more that he stares the more he is reminded of what he once had, but the comparisons end there. This lady was dangerous, definitely involved with the bad kinds of people, considering she was fine with being covered in blood while being the sole survivor of the collapsing warehouse. Mallory seemed like bad news, someone he ought to stay away with if he wanted to keep what he already had going on: his second chance.

"We should probably get out of here... I don't think it'll be long before the authorities get here", he suggests, trying to pretend that he didn't see what he just saw.

He doesn't know what the hell he's doing, but then again, when did he ever? For a good chunk of his life, he's only ever been winging things. He winged it after high school, he winged it after what happened with Selene, and he was winging it even now. How the hell did he find himself in this scenario either? It was none of his business, when business was being dealt at the burning warehouse he had spotted when he started smelling blood.
