maybe Phantom is the resistance against the Draag regime. like maybe Phantom is the group that finally busts the Black Parade out of MOAT. maybe they are already hacking the system and that's why we see their name flash on screen. maybe the third iteration of the tour is the Phantom storyline.

and I'm not afraid to say that this is the Killjoys tie-in

in the same way that Danger Days was supposed to be the "anti-Black Parade". because the band was feeling so much pressure from fame and success and their label. and they just wanted the opposite of that. The Black Parade is trapped in MOAT/Draag and being forced to perform and the Killjoys are their escape route. ANYWAY I'M JUST SPITBALLING
