After years apart, your character meets mine again only to see my character is now in a wheel chair. How does your character react?

"hmm. Actually, yeah, i did keep a bit busy one could say.” With that comment he pointed to a rather large sack huddled into the corner of the room with some blood stains on it. “They all gave a good fight but in the end i was more skilled. Plus the necklace i wear helped me learn to deal with the pain of being hurt by holy incantations and even more so, holy water.” there was another point to wearing the necklace after all. “The hunter’s guild is no more. I picked off their leader and since they had no one to fill his place, they disbanded. So we’ll be safe for a good days to come. Least till they form again.”

"Sorry, i’m too poor to throw one for the pretty princess." he said it with a snicker and snarky tone to boot. At least he was more relaxed around her now instead of uptight as usual.
