Week 0: Chi Town 10K

After a long long break from running, it is time to get back on the wagon. I have taken the first step to motivate myself and signed up for the first race of the year: 2015 CHI TOWN 10K

With my ongoing obsession with technology, it is impossible to go on a run without any gadgets. Here is my list of running gear for the next 12 weeks:

And of course, there is the 10K training plan from Garmin Connect. Week 1 of 12 is going to be a great one!
