Confronting My Own Fragility..

My darlings I have been side lined by a small injury I sustained last month around my birthday (last week of January.)

It is just a bad sprain but boy has it thrown me for a loop! Imagine me driving a rental, speeding down the taconic with my left hand and my doggy in the back seat..I have overcome my injury in surprising ways..

I am humbled by the moments when I realize there is something I cannot do with my right hand or the pain returns. Imagine, a writer who pretty much types all day being forced to take a break!!

I'm almost back to fully healed so thoughts and prayers would be appreciated
