DIY mini-terrariums. These are absolutely one of my favorite DIY crafts of all time and can also be worn as necklaces. Supplies: -Gravel, rocks or pretty shiny gold specks for drainage -Soil -Moss -Succulents -Poking stick -Glass Vile's DIY: 1) Layer the gravel and soil at the bottom of your terrarium. The gravel or gold specks should be the first layer so that the moisture can be drained from the soil. 2) Use your poking stick to place small pieces of moss in the vile. There are numerous types of moss, Reindeer moss is my favorite to work with. It comes in a package where it is all stuck together so you must gently separate the pieces you wish to use. 3) Take little succulent buds and place them wherever you desire in your vile. Like the moss, these will have to be taken from your larger succulent. 4) Place 1-2 droplets of water in your terrarium and secure the cork or lid. 5) Water every couple of weeks with 1-2 droplets. Ta-Da! Piece O' Cake!
