Hira carried her box carefully up the steps, making sure she didn’t miss a step. The box was definitely weighing her down. What could she have that was this heavy? Once she finally made it to the third floor and placed the box on the floor. She panted and sighed. “This is a work out.” She gripped the box from the bottom again and heaved, pulling it upwards as she made her way down the corridor. She pulled out her room key and unlocked the door to see someone already there.

"When I was younger, I used to keep diaries and journals about all the stuff I did. I always had a notebook and pencil with me…" She smiled, reminiscing. "There was never a day where I didn’t write in my journal."

Thalia looked up, eyes puffy from crying. She wrapped her arms around Kael, crying into his shoulder. “They found them. T-They killed the only family I had left….” She sobbed.

Her black hair was slowly turning white from all the stress and fear. Every bit of confidence she had was gone.
