Finn lived in very small secluded group of Cave Mudokons that lived in deep caverns, but were eventually found and captured by the Glukkons. While the others were sent away to work in the factories, Finn, blind since birth, was seen as worthless by the Glukks and abandoned on the streets of Nolybab.

With nowhere to go, Finn learned to survive and adapt by memorizing the streets of Nolybab, recognizing different places by their sounds and even discovering hidden shortcuts throughout the city. Although he adapted remarkably well, making enough moolah to survive was always a constant struggle. During this time, he befriended another Mudokon named Lenny, who often shared his small apartment whenever Finn had nowhere else to sleep.

Finn was determined to escape Nolybab and starting a better life somewhere else. Desperate for enough moolah to leave, he attempted to steal a valuable artifact from a Glukkon historian known as the Archivist. Unfortunately... Finn's plan had failed. But, rather than having him killed, the Archivist spared Finn's life on the condition that he would repay the value of the stolen artifact. Because of this, Finn took whatever honest work he could find, and eventually became a newspaper vendor within the lower class of Nolybab, slowly paying off his debt little by little.

He is the last known survivor of an ancient predatory species called Morrucks, hunted to extinction by the Vykkers for their regenerative tissue in order to create a medical product known as Bone Mendz. The Morrucks were once part of a thriving lineage and feared across Mudos. But when the Vykkers discovered a way to capture the Morrucks, they were quick to profit off of them. As the years passed, The Residual was left alone and sadly watched as his kind were slaughtered, dissected, and harvested by the Vykkers. But, when it was his turn...he managed to break free, taking over the Vykkers lab for himself.

The Residual was determined to rebuild his kind through experimentations he had seen from the Vykkers, through genetic reconstruction, and a lot of testing. He is extremely intelligent, but very detached, he views other creatures simply as resources to consume, study, or repurpose in pursuit of his goal.

And unfortunately, bringing back his kind, this could lead to the end of all Mudos...

Feeling betrayed, this ultimately led to his hatred towards Sol, and his desire for revenge.

So...there is still a lot more too him, but I plan to save that for when I introduce another character! :3

Anyways, since I'm back, here's a drawing of Xane and Eric cause why not! :3

Despite his scary appearance, he can actually be very sweet, unfortunately he is looked down on by his team for being clumsy, often burning things with the acid in his tail and claws by accident.

Mudhand is as wise as he is grumpy, but is a devoted shaman and leader to the secret Mudokon village of Vey'rha. After Sol and two of his friends escaped the factory they worked at, Frostfall Foundry, they stumbled upon Vey'rha and Mudhand reluctantly allowed them shelter. During this time, Sol gained a fascination and interest in learning to become a shaman too, and so Mudhand sort of became a mentor for him.

I used to draw Tlk art all the time as a kid. It's refreshing to finally get back into it and practice the tlk artstyle again :D

But I never get tired of drawing these two! <3
