He smiled, he was so happy, they had tried for years to have a baby, to have a family and they were going to get that.

He giggled and waited with him.

"We can get them in twenty minutes if you would like to wait."

The doctor returned with a clipboard moments later. “Do you want the bad news or the good news first?”

He bites his lip a little , ” What is the bed news ??”

"I’m just messing with you, there is no bad news but the good news is.. You are indeed expecting." The doctor said.

Dean grinned and moved to hug Cas

" thank you doctor !" Dean said excitedly before looking to Cas . " let’s celebrate baby ."

He nods at that, the doctor exiting Cas was clung to his husband.
