The Curiosity inside me

My anti depressants have made my dreams so vivid that I am having a hard time tell the difference between actual events in my life and events in my dreams. I've been attaching the deep feelings from my dreams to my real life and it's really fucking things up. What do I do?

I don't have anyone to tell I had a better day than I have had in 2 weeks.

4 more days until I can see a doctor about getting on something for depression. But even after that it won't be instant happiness and most likely won't even work the first time around. Which makes me even more scared because I'm not sure how much longer I can last feeling this deep of a depression. It's like someone constantly whispering in my ear "there's nothing left for you".

Preparing myself for nightmares tonight because some creep tried to follow me home today.
