인벌트 진행 8월 2022년 ➡️ 3월 2023년 ☠️ I went back and looked at some videos from the summer… I tried tricks and actually strained my intercostal muscles a couple times trying to invert without the proper strength or technique, either jumping into it or grabbing the pole. The deadlift invert has been the most frustrating thing for me in pole for the last year and it’s harder than all the moves that look much cooler. Pussy to Jesus is no joke - shit is heavy! I’m pretty hard on myself so I’m looking back at my progress. The last couple weeks I’ve managed to deadlift into the chopper, even in the air (!) without any kick or jump (though it’s been during warm-ups which I never record 🥲). The last couple months I worked really hard to prepare for the Christmas show at my pole studio. I’m really lucky to have some amazing teachers and we got some seriously fire pics as well ❤️I made some mistakes but overall I worked through it and had a lot of fun in my first performance. It hasn’t even been a year but learning pole since last winter has been an incredible experience in many ways. My body feels stronger than ever 😂 The concept had a mind of it’s own and I went crazy with this outfit 🙈 but fuck it I loved this look 🤷🏼 I can’t wait to share more pics and thanks to everyone who came to support the dancers.
