Mom is mad at me even tho I didn’t do anything.

I can see why this deters animals from disturbing skunks. This sucks so bad.

It was like Covid all over again. Everyone politely walked away from my general area. Bet they wish they had masks now.

The dementia patient I work with told me she still loves me 😭😂😭. Work kept me only two hours before I got to go home 🫩

When I got home I used every type of soap I got in my bathroom. I now smell mostly normal. Now it’s like a faint weed smell.

I think this was the worst thing that happened to me all year so far.

It’s not like we don’t want clean rooms. We want clean rooms. It’s just an actual physical mountain of just, STUFF! It isn’t a normal problem. So it’s hard to fix.

Real answer is one section at a time/ one area at a time. Like for me, making my bed would be feasible. Less than an hour and it’s a normal bed again. Same with my desk area. Don’t have to do both of them the same day. So you don’t have to use up all your time.

But clearing out thrift store stuff mountain near my door? Fuck that I’ll do that a different time.

Small progress is progress. It hurts when you work on it for what feels like forever and the difference would be only something you would notice. Then you give up for days and it’s like the pile heals itself and ur back to square one. It’s ok tho. Keep trying.

Every week I get a couple trash bags and fill them with stuff I don’t use and donate it. It doesn’t do a lot but it does do something.

Don’t clean it all at once. Too much.

One thing thats easy, and you should do if you haven’t, have a full sized kitchen trash can in your room. I’ve kept one in my room for several years now. So my thrift store mountain is actually trash free.

Just clothes I’ve washed and cleaned and shoved in laundry baskets and kept stacking ontop each other and other thrift stuff. Now I own like 20 laundry baskets. 💀 I hoard plastic/paper bags too And pill bottles.

I have a lot of stuff, but it’s clean stuff. Kinda dusty tho. I don’t have much great advice because obviously I ain’t doing any better haha but make sure you aren’t hoarding any food trash. It attracts critters. Also always wash bedding once a week. Helps you sleep better.

Also I only recently found out hoarding actually has levels.
