Every Saturday other trainers and sometimes I, instruct a 45 minute full body workout that you should totally come try and be a part of if you live in NYC! No matter if you're a beginner or advance, these @cleopatrasarmy workouts will give you the perfect Saturday afternoon challenge. Classes are held at 520 8th Avenue (Ripley Grier Studios) in room 16J. You should arrive around 1:50pm and you'll finish by 3:00pm. There's a class fee of $10 per person.
