i guess i just dont understand insurance bc ive been to doctors and theyre like Oh your appointment was covered you dont have a copay today and then like 2 weeks later they send me a bill for $200. it doesnt make any sense, if i didnt owe anything on the day of the visit why do i still have to pay a bill later? why couldnt i have just paid while im there, its so much more convenient than having to log in to some random website where ive forgotten my information and then have to pay online. and i still dont understand why they tell me my visit was covered but i still have to pay.
