âIsnât that the point of a sleepover? watching movies and having pillow fights or something?â Natasha quipped, changing out of what was left of her tattered pants and into the sweats Aiden had given her. Sheâd never actually had a sleepover, given that her teenage years had been spent on combat training.  âCompany would be nice though - despite what my cold hard, badass exterior suggests, even I get kinda shook up when someone shoots me.â Though it was said with a smile, she meant it; sheâd often need to be around someone she trusted when a mission had gone wrong, or sheâd been injured. Learning to let herself be vulnerable around someone had become a little stab of vengeance against the Red Room.
âBut first, point me to your cleaning supplies - you donât need your bathroom looking like a hospital.âÂ
âYeah, if you believe what happens in the movies. Then that is exactly what happens at sleepovers.â Aiden laughed, finding it rather amusing. She was rather excited about the idea of a sleepover with Natasha. It had been a few days since they last got to hang out in any form. âI wouldnât think of you as cold, hard. Badass, yes. But definitely not the other two. You have needs just like the rest of us do. I would be shaken up too if someone shot at me. Iâm used to demons attack unfortunately.â As unpredictable as demons coming were, she was used to them. âyouâre welcome to stay here as long as you need to. You know that. I donât want you to go home until i know youâre okay.â
âTheyâre in the hallway closet. Canât miss them. If you need to use a towel, just throw it away when youâre done.â
