Hello all.
I was chatting with my bestest friend, @cashelijah about nachos. So here's some VERY LOOSE calculations of how many nachos he would have to eat to be 1% nacho.
This is all kinda scuffed btw
1.6lbs of nacho
INGREDIENTS
Plain tortilla chip
Carnival nacho cheese
Jalapenos
RATIOS
Accepted ratio of cheese to chip is 2/1? For jalapenos I may look at subway portion guides as it seems like it'd be easily accessible and decently proportioned
Harder to find than I thought, gonna look at a few recipes and find an average?
1 pepper/serving seems standard
So the peppers won't be adding much, for simplicity in calculation im gonna assume 1.5lbs of chips/cheese and .1lbs added by pepper
(Cheese has about 6.75lbs, use for dividing)
So on average for this we have 8.6 servings? So say 9 peppers?
