What’s the policy on bitter chocolate in that case? I used to know a bloke what was a proper fan of dark chocolate which always seemed inordinately different from regular chocolate to me. Although perhaps it makes you as bitter as a lack there of.

I agree. I think it doesn’t help that it’s tart either. The fizz and the tart together makes it a bit weirdly overstimulating to the taste buds.
