Ship kid concept: The Enigma.
Woooooo the new bab is here. I've been sitting on this creation for a long time and I finally had inspiration to draw them.
Meet The Enigma, the accidental fusion spawn of Dream and Nightmare, created during a battle. I don't have time to do a full bio, so I'll do a short one for now.
"who am I?.... No one.... I don't have a name.... Im nobody, just an enigma"
Name: they technically don't have one. But are referred to as The Enigma.
Gender: Completely fluid.
Sexuality: Panromantic Asexual (sex favorable)
Parents: Nightmare and Dream.
Other family: they don't really have one.
Enigma was a mistake. Not something wanted. Nightmare spawned them after absorbing some of Dreams magic, his first instinct was to kill them, but in the end decided to keep them around to be used as a weapon. Unfortunately Enigma couldn't be what Nightmare wanted.
The positive and negative energy within them completely cancel eachother out and render Enigma weak and pretty much un able to do magic. So instead Nightmare used them as a punching bag for 6 years then left them in a au to die.
Enigma ended up being a very selfish person, who believes that everyone is only ever out for themselves and its just how nature works. Though deep down they are a real sweetheart who mostly just wants to find a family.
Enigma feels pretty much all emotions normally, but can't emote at all. They don't show emotions. Their face is always blank and their voice is always monotone. But their eyes do change colours based of how they feel.
Enigma is in constant pain. The two conflicting energy's within them are constantly fighting themselves. It also caused there bones to form slightly miss-shaped in places. However they don't act like they are in pain, they can't show emotions and can't show pain.
When they were younger they asked people for help, but people didn't take them seriously because of the monotoned voice.
Enigma has two tentacles, but they can't feel them or move them. They are basically useless so they tie them around their body like a scarf so they don't trip on them.
They only have 3 abilitys that they can do. Create illusions, travel from au to au and read emotions. Other then that they have no powers. And all 3 of the powers they do have are kind of broken, and don't work properly.
Enigma has an aura like Dream's and Nightmares. But it glitches inbetween being positive, negative and non existent
Lastly, Dream doesn't know that they exist and Nightmare believes them to be dead.
And there they are. I hope you like them. I know that some people don't like Dreammare, but they weren't born out on any kind of romantic relationship.
