The Shelley and I found a new venue. @acebiscuitandbarbecue opened 11 years ago, but for us, it is new. This is a gem in Charlottesville, VA for amazing food. Everything is made from scratch (even the pickles). I had the "Ol' Dirty Biscuit" which is a fried chicken thigh on a homemade biscuit smothered in scratchmade sausage gravy, topped with smoked pimento cheese, a side of hash, and I washed it down with a Moscow Mule. I definitely recommend this establishment. Their customer service is exceptional. When you look up at the night sky, you are looking into the past. The oldest light you see is M31 also known as The Andromeda Galaxy. You can see it with the naked eye.
