Taco simplicity! Low carb taco shell made of Mexican cheesse Preheat the oven at 350 degrees. Take a 1/2cup of cheese (I used giant brand Mexican blend) and make it into a circle on parchment paper. I was able to fit 3 on my small pan. Cook them for about 10mins until brown and crisp. Then, fold them over a wooden spoon or a skillet handle until cool. And, voila! You've got low carb cheese taco shells! #simplydinner Day 3 is a bit rough. I have no motivation to do anything. I woke up late and didn't do yoga and I'm not doing day 3 of the 30 day shred. After quite some time of slacking off, I'm getting my butt back on the horse! I've gained almost all the eight I've lost and my ac1 levels are slowly but surely increasing. I know what I need to do to live a healthy lifestyle and be the best me and I know I can do this. I always feel better and am more productive when I working out and eating better. Even though I've quit the gym, I can easily work out at home @jillianmichaels, you will be my bitch and I will crush the 30-Day Shred program and actually complete it! This is the last time I start something and don't finish! Whether it's a workout program or a complete lifestyle change, I am more motivated than ever to get it done!
