The multilevel property features exposed brick, floor-to-ceiling windows, private terraces, a rooftop pool, and enough space to host half the city...or avoid all of it.

Previously occupied by two influencers whose relevance has since expired, the penthouse now belongs to someone with an actual career.

With Andromeda behind him, new music underway, and his acting career rapidly expanding, the move marks August’s first home entirely outside the Belmonte family orbit.

Written and produced as experimental tracks across the past year, FAMOUS brings together a collection of pop records exploring ambition, image, attraction, confidence, and the irresistible allure of modern celebrity. Several songs began as fun studio sessions before being refined into the cohesive project audiences will hear this summer.

Anonymous Hack Job Leads to Discovery of Unreleased Belmonte Audio

Early this morning, we confirmed that a supposedly routine anonymous data-cleaning job completed by Stanley Stafford uncovered a pair of encrypted audio files buried deep within the Belmonte digital vault.

Both tracks appear to feature August Belmonte...one fully produced, the other a fragment which has been described as an unfinished demo of a popular pop song. No official comment has been issued from the Belmonte team at this time, though fans were quick to point out Annabelle’s recent IG tease as a possible breadcrumb that these tracks were in the works.

Adding fuel to the fire, the finished track includes a mystery featured artist, with speculation already humming that it could be Kingston Combs...a pairing that would explain why the internet exploded within minutes of the leak surfacing.

And honestly?

If it's real...who actually cares? Holiday Home is SO C*NT and we have the FULL TRACK. GlassTower isn't even through its first fiscal year and is already causally producing moments like this? Embarrassing for everyone else, honestly.
